Description:

This project was a new cryogenic process plant for the natural gas industry. The plant uses cooling technology to separate the natural gas into various sub components such as ethane, butane, and propane. Sauer provided all piping installation.

  • 120,000 LF of process piping installed
  • Piping system up to 40” in diameter including carbon steel and alloy systems
  • 8,300 field welds
  • Instrumentation for Plant 4
  • Installation of process systems such as Gas Cooling, Hydrocarbon Fluid, Lube Oil, Hot Oil, Relief Blowdown, Fuel Gas, and Instrument Air
  • Installation of over 3000 owner furnished piping spools
  • (3) Slug Catchers consisting of (6) 42” fingers, 270’ each
