Description:

This project consisted of the installation of a new 40,000 lb/hr steam boiler at Riverside Methodist Hospital’s Central Plant that provided integration design and coordination with the existing boilers in the plant. Sauer was contracted during the DD stage of design by the CM as the design assist contractor. Sauer provided estimates at SD, DD, and GMP stages contributing extensive Value Engineering analysis throughout the process.
