Scitech Class 100 Clean Room

Description:

This facility was designed to provide Class 100 Clean Room research and development space. The building contained an 8,000 sq. ft. laboratory, four (4) 1000 sq.ft. Class 100 Clean rooms, and a central utility plant.

Sauer set up a temporary Class 100 clean room for fabrication of all high purity piping systems. The Clean Rooms were served by five (5) 45,000c fm air recirculation units providing HEPA filtered air to the spaces.

Project Statistics:

• 8,000 linear feet of stainless steel polished ID process piping for pyrphoric and inert gases.
• 350 ton air cooled chiller
• 1,500 linear feet of double wall polypropylene acid waste containment piping.
• Five (5) 45,000 cfm air recirc units
