From preconstruction coordination to startup and service, a disciplined process that protects your schedule.
We get involved early. Our preconstruction team helps owners and GCs determine heat loads, ventilation requirements, and equipment selections before design is locked. We then coordinate BIM, fabricate assemblies in our Columbus shops, and install with union crews, commissioning the system and handing it off with full O&M documentation.

Preconstruction & Design Coordination
